License Agreement

By purchasing, installing or otherwise using the Product and/or its related materials, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

This License Agreement (“LICENSE”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, also referred to as “YOU” or “Licensee”) and Rainbow-Inform Ltd. (“Rainbow-Inform”) for the Product containing this LICENSE which may also include the Product’s source code written in a high-level computer language, associated media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (collectively referred to as “PRODUCT”).

The PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties, and contains confidential information and trade secrets. Rainbow-Inform retains all rights not expressly granted to you in this LICENSE.

Rainbow-Inform hereby grants to you, and you accept, a non-exclusive, non-transferable License to install, copy, use and modify the PRODUCT only as authorized below.

The Product License enables Licensee to use the PRODUCT on a single website for yourself or for one client.

YOU can modify or manipulate the PRODUCT. You can combine the PRODUCT with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this License.

YOU can’t sell the PRODUCT, except to one client.

YOU can’t re-distribute the PRODUCT as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. YOU can’t do this with the PRODUCT either on its own or bundled with other products, and even if you modify the PRODUCT. YOU can’t re-distribute or make available the PRODUCT as-is or with superficial modifications.

By using the Product License YOU automatically apply for free-of-charge support on the PRODUCT and receive free updates.

The pricing and terms of use for each support type is provided on the Rainbow-Inform website and may be changed without notice.

YOU are not allowed to use, copy, modify or merge copies of the PRODUCT and any accompanying documents except as permitted in this License.

This License shall last as long as YOU use the PRODUCT in compliance with this License. Rainbow-Inform may terminate this License if YOU fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions herein. In such event YOU agree to remove and destroy all copies of the PRODUCT and any applicable source code.

All title and copyrights in and to the PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, incorporated into the PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials and any copies of the PRODUCT, and any trademarks or service marks of Rainbow-Inform are owned by Rainbow-Inform. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content that may be accessed through use of the PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This License grants YOU no rights to use such content.

Use of the PRODUCT and related documentation is governed by this License Agreement accompanying the PRODUCT and applicable copyright law. Rainbow-Inform may revise this documentation from time to time without notice.

The PRODUCT and documentation are provided “AS IS”, without a warranty of any kind.

This License represents the entire understanding between the parties with respect to its subject matter.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND THAT BY CONTINUING THE INSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCT, BY LOADING OR RUNNING THE PRODUCT, OR BY PLACING OR COPYING THE PRODUCT ONTO YOUR COMPUTER HARD DRIVE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT, EXCEPT FOR WRITTEN SEPARATE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN RAINBOW-INFORM AND YOU, THIS AGREEMENT IS A COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES OF THE PARTIES.
